Meet Tia

Tia Banks is the International Ambassador for Pole Pole, a Motivational Speaker and Author. Tia has climbed the world's largest volcano and is on track to climb all seven volcanic summits on every continent. Tia is also a mentor and mental health advocate on a mission to help high school and college students conquer their life mountains like anxiety and depression. Tia said the reason she climbs mountains is because depression is like being in a dark hole and the only way to get out is to climb.
